About the role

The Energy Asset Manager will have overall responsibility for technical operations, asset performance, client relationships and commercial growth across solar PV O&M, PPA, heating and related renewable energy operations in Ireland and the UK. The role will involve managing asset performance, service delivery, client relationships, commercial contracts, pricing and proposals, while leading the Solar O&M and Heating teams and supporting business growth.

Requirements

Operations management experience in renewables, building services, utilities or construction
Strong knowledge of solar PV O&M, heating systems and asset performance management
Experience managing client relationships, commercial contracts and pricing
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams during periods of growth
Third-level qualification in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Building Services, Business Management or a related field
Solar O&M / operational maintenance experience preferred
Candidates from heating, PPA or wider renewables backgrounds with strong leadership experience are also welcomed
